Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product. Claims submitted after the stated timeframe or without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for replacement.
Payment Terms
All payments are securely processed through Stripe and charged at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We do not store your card details, as all payment information is handled directly by Stripe. Any bank or conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To request changes, contact our support team as soon as possible. After this period, orders are processed and shipped, and changes may not be possible.
Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse
Your order is considered accepted only once it has been processed and confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including situations involving stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout will be considered successfully delivered, and we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
